Lost or Damaged Packages
We work hard to ensure your order is delivered safely.
Lost Packages
- If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please:
- Double - check the shipping address and look around your property (e.g., mailbox, porch, with neighbors, or rental office).
- Contact the shipping carrier to report the issue and request assistance.
- If the package remains lost, contact us at Luxuribc@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please email us at luxuribc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Provide your order number and photos of any damage, if applicable.
We will evaluate the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or a refund.
International Claims (Canada and Mexico):
For shipments outside the U.S., delays and customs issues may occur. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us at luxuribc@gmail.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
NOTE
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided during checkout. Please double check your shipping information before completing your order.
